Is my gym's data separate from other gyms?
Yes. Each gym's members and records are kept apart.
Do you process member payments?
No. Your desk takes payment the way it does today. InGym records it and takes 0%; your bank and card fees still apply. A refund is a new entry.
Does check-in work offline?
Not yet. Use a paper list during outages.
Do you have class booking or turnstiles?
Not yet. Check-in is by QR code at the desk.
What happens when the drawer doesn't match?
Under $20, nothing. Above $20, reception adds a note. From $50, a manager approves or rejects it.
Can we leave and take our data?
Yes. Plans are month to month; export members and payments any time.
