Who we are
InGym is operated by Mohamed Wahib EI, an individual entrepreneur trading as ElShore (SIREN 108434846), 138 avenue Victor Hugo, 75116 Paris, France.
What we collect
Account data (name, email, role), gym operational data you input (members, memberships, payments, check-ins), and usage telemetry required to operate the service. We do not sell your data.
How your data is isolated
Each gym's data is stored with row-level security keyed to your tenant. Staff at other gyms cannot see your data under any circumstance.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Database backups are encrypted.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account exists, including after a trial ends. To ask about deletion, contact us.
Your rights
You can contact us about access to, correction, export or deletion of your account data. A gym controls its own member records, so members should send requests about those records to their gym.
