I confirm that I am authorized to accept the InGym Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Addendum on behalf of the business I identified during signup.

What this confirmation means

By giving this confirmation, the person signing up also confirms that:

• they are at least 18 years old;
• they are acting on behalf of that business for its business purposes, and not as a consumer;
• the business is established in a country where InGym is offered under the Terms; and
• the business and contact information given at signup is accurate.

The Terms and the Data Processing Addendum are accepted by the business, which becomes the customer. This confirmation is separate from accepting the Terms and from acknowledging the Privacy Notice.

If this confirmation is untrue, ElShore may refuse or cancel the signup and suspend or close the account, and the person who gave it may be personally responsible for any loss that results.
